Iconic British Musician Sir Elton John will be performing a handful of shows in regional areas across Australia in September 2017. The tour will be titled Once in a Lifetime Tour and tickets will go on sale March 14 2017. Sir Elton will be backed by his original drummer Nigel Olsson, with musical director Davey Johnstone on guitar, Matt Bissonette on bass, John Mahon on percussion and Kim Bullard on keyboards. It will be the first time Sir Elton will play at Mackay and Cairns in his career, with him touring Australia since 1971, and 25 years since he played in Hobart. There is not expected to be any more shows announced for the Once in a Lifetime Australian Tour.
